Referring Organisation Terms and Conditions
For online referral and commissioning of Alternative Provision placements
These Terms and Conditions govern referrals made to Starfelt Limited (trading as “Starfelt Care”) and, where applicable, the commissioning of an accepted Programme. Submitting a referral does not itself guarantee acceptance or create a financial commitment.
Important: A paid placement becomes binding only when the authorised Commissioning Organisation or Paying Party accepts the applicable Placement Order / Programme Confirmation, or otherwise confirms the commission in writing in a form accepted by Starfelt Care.
