A practical alternative provision programme combining accredited nail technician training with business, employability, digital skills and personal development.
The programme goes beyond nail training, helping young people develop business knowledge, digital confidence, employability skills and a stronger understanding of how to turn their talent into future opportunities.
With a supportive, practical and career-focused approach, the programme is designed to help learners move towards further education, employment or self-employment with recognised skills, greater independence and a clear sense of direction.

THE PROGRAMME
Practical skills are only part of the journey. This programme combines accredited nail technician training with business, confidence, digital skills and real progression opportunities, helping young people build skills they can use beyond the training room.
Accredited Vocational Training
Develop practical nail skills, nail science, health and safety and professional standards while working towards accredited outcomes.
Business & Employability
Learn about pricing, customer service, professional expectations and pathways into employment or self employment.
Digital & Social Media Skills
Build confidence in branding, content creation, photography and creating a responsible professional online presence.
Personal Development & Teamwork
Develop confidence, communication, resilience, teamwork, leadership and peer support.
Industry Exposure
Gain insight into the beauty industry through professionals, businesses, salon environments, guest speakers and relevant opportunities where available.
